Using Skype, you can book a quick call with us to get access to our knowledge and expertise: helping you get back on track with the minimum of fuss.
We’ve found that 15 minutes is usually enough: for only £10 you can book a timeslot and get your query answered.

Use the comments field in the booking form to give us an indication of what you want to talk about.
We are available from 10am – 8pm Monday – Friday; and from 10am – 4pm on Saturdays (times are in GMT) - We’ll get back to you with our Skype details and confirmation of your appointment
Refunds & cancellation
If you need to cancel your call for any reason, a full refund will be provided as long as you give us at least 24 hours’ notice.
A 50% refund will be given if you need to cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment.
No refund will be given if you miss the call.
